i am so happy today finally after umpteen tries i spoke to my nurse, i have read from some of you about getting a book filled in and keeping records etc, she told me i can get my o/t to help me with all of it as i see her on monday, i was prepared to be fobbed off but she explained that doctors work different and record book is my choice to get filled in,im still not convinced so i will question that further next clinic visit,at least i have a starting place now,thanks to all of you,hugs all round.ThumpUp
